Before you can set up the necessary configuration for Carrier Link to be on your domain, your Organization on Carrier Link will need to have the right ‘hosted domain’ added to your Organization Settings. To follow this guide, you should replace domain.com
with your own domain (or subdomain e.g. hosted.domain.com
) that you plan to point customers to.
This guide also assumes that you have already saved your hosted domain in the admin panel, e.g. below:
If you have access to the Organization Dashboard, we recommend following that set of instructions below. Otherwise, it’s possible to follow the developer instructions-only, but you will need someone with access to the dashboard to follow one final instruction when the records are updated.
