Disabling a Client’s access altogether

Pressing the “Disable” button for a customer will prevent them from accessing your Carrier platform altogether. As a security feature, once disabled, the client cannot be re-enabled without contacting Carrier Link support.

<aside> 💡 We recommend that you only disable a client when you are confident that you do not ever want them transacting with your carrier

This is especially useful for a client that is maliciously using your service. If the client plans to return, there is no harm in leaving them in live-mode or test-only mode in their off period.
