Bulk Shipments Upload via Dashboard

To upload shipments, first navigate to the “Shipments History” section of your dashboard. The “Bulk Uploads” section is only to view the history of your uploads and to check the status.

Shipments File

Your bulk shipments file upload must use column names that our system knows to search for, and you can use our template file (provided below and in your dashboard) maps these out clearly for you.

Upload Processing

Your dashboard will always show you the most up-to-date status for your bulk shipment uploads. Please be aware that due to technical limitations, the larger your list of shipments to be created, the longer the upload will take.

Test vs Live File Uploads

There are some rules to be aware of when using bulk file uploads in the dashboard.

Test File Uploads

While uploading in test mode, the test field will be ignored and all shipments will be created in test mode.

Live File Uploads

While uploading in live mode, the test field of your file will be used to determine which mode the shipments will be created in.
