Before you can start shipping or offering your services to your customers, Carrier Link will need to review your Organization and confirm that you are set up properly.

Step 1 — Complete Organization Setup

These are the minimum requirements for an approved carrier on Carrier Link — we set these requirements so that both you and your customers have a smooth onboarding and to reduce (or eliminate) any problems occurring later on.

Step 2 — Submit for Approval

Every carrier on Carrier Link goes through a stringent approval process to ensure you meet all requirements for a carrier. We also check your visuals and brand colors against industry best-practices, and validate your technical configuration (DNS, etc) to make sure that you and your customers will not experience any difficulties during setup or in the life of your carrier.

We review all approval requests as soon as possible. Depending on the amount of time it takes for the DNS to propagate and the amount of requests we receive, approvals can take between 1 to 3 working days.

✅ Step 3 — Approved!

Once you receive an email from one of our team members with a subject similar to “[Action Required] Your Carrier Link Approval” you will be able to access a whole suite of new features in your Organization dashboard!
