There are 3 steps to getting your Carrier Link account ready.

Follow this guide to get your account set up, then let your account manager know you’ve completed these steps!

1. Create your Carrier Link account

Click this link to the “Sign Up” page. You will only need to enter minimal information:

2. Sign into Carrier Link

Once you click the link in the confirmation email, you account is now ready to configure.

You will now need to re-enter your log in details (email + password) and you will be taken to your dashboard.

Make sure to save your log in information for later! If you forget your password, you can reset it any time.

3. Connect your BoxC Account

Click on the “Organization Settings” option in the sidebar.

Next, you will select the “Connect BoxC Account” button which will take you to your BoxC login page.

You’ve completed everything that is needed for a custom integration to be built for your account.

Be sure to let your account manager know that you’ve completed these steps.
